A Family owned & operated company, Manor is committed to constructing fine manufactured homes to client's exact wishes. Based on the Central Coast of NSW, Manor contructs all homes in it's large factory. With a capacity to product up to 6 homes per month, Manor have the unique ability to guarantee construction times of each and every home.

Operating on the principles of 'Innovation, Experience and Efficiency', Manor has a clear focus to provide clients with meaningful benefits when building their home.

Innovation is an important part of our ever expanding range of homes. With steep roof pitch designs, modern cladding facades and custom building options, no two homes are ever the same.

Experience is a result of the founding partners being in the manufactured home industry for over 16 years (and a management staff combined experience in the industry of over 70 years). During this time, attention has been paid to quality, rather than quantity, resulting in over 700 satisfied customers.

Efficiency is a unique feature of manufactured home building that demonstrates the fundamentals of environmentally friendly building techniques and practices. Constructed predominantly indoors, green guilding materials are used wherever possible, with minimal waste product due to the recycling ability of the factory product line. Site work is kept to an absolute minimum, often only 2 weeks before the home is ready for occupation.
