Our neighbour had her home built by Manor Homes many years ago and was very positive about the whole experience. Our dream was to build a second home within our budget that would seamlessly fit into our lovely rural environment.
It was important to us that our home builder organised everything so that we didn’t have to deal with council or other trades—we wanted a complete turnkey solution. Our main worries were that costs would come in higher than anticipated and that we wouldn’t have flexibility with our design. We have our own style and tastes so we really wanted to customise our home design and finishes.
Manor Homes put our minds at rest. They took our concerns on board from beginning to end. They organised the council application, all the earthworks and even found us a mortgage broker with experience in financing modular homes.

The team at Manor Homes were very easy to work with. The handover between the different Manor departments (sales, finance, selection, build, delivery) was seamless and everyone was responsive and available. The factory visits were great experiences and never rushed. There was excellent communication and guidance as we moved through our home building journey.
