Once your design is finalised and the estimate is agreed, an initial investment will secure the project and building approvals will be processed.

We recommend you obtain a finance pre-approval at this stage.

Our standard inclusions will make any house feel like a home, but to add that special touch, you may want to select something unique.

Building contract

Your building contract is a legal agreement between yourself and Manor Homes to validate and protect both parties.

The building contract is an agreement that Manor Homes will build your home within the specifications of said contract. Finance must be arranged prior to this step.

Construction

In just 12 short weeks, you’ll be enjoying your new Manor home.

This stage is a smooth and continuous process, where your home is built in our secure premises, then transferred to site for completion.

Once construction and council inspection of your home is complete, you can move into your new home!
