Although 2020 presented significant challenges, including devastating local bushfires and a global pandemic, Manor Homes still produced many quality homes for our clients. We also started a new initiative; expanded our range of home designs; and have made significant changes with regard to our displays and factories.
At the beginning of 2020 we launched Operation Recovery. This was in response to the horrific summer bushfires experienced in parts of New South Wales. The initiative involved helping to rebuild the homes of those affected. We are proud to say that three families are now settled and ready for Christmas in their new Manor Homes. We also have two more Operation Recovery homes in construction or on-site for their finishing touches, four in the planning stages and we are working through with design concepts for many more families. We look forward to handing over the keys for these homes next year.
2020 also saw us expand our range of home designs. We launched two new collections, including: The Vision Design Series and The Rivers Design Series. The Vision Series showcases rural and residential lifestyle living at its best. The Rivers Series focuses on contemporary and flexible living designs. In addition, we sold all of our current displays in order to make way for a fresh start in 2021 at our new Office and Factory in Lisarow (The MONO 10, MONO 15 and The Pokolbin are currently all still on display by appointment at Manns Road, West Gosford). We also announced our new display home, which is already underway. The Lochinvar has a brand new floor plan that will be revealed early 2021.
Despite the challenges of 2020, Manor Homes is proud to have continued innovating, supporting the wider community, and delivering excellent modular homes to our customers. If you would like to see your new home in our 2021 review, contact us to make an appointment and start your journey.
